I am a full-time, dedicated and experienced local Realtor with Premiere Plus Realty, and have lived here at Fort Myers Beach for the majority of the past 20 years, since graduating from the University of Florida back in 2001. When I became a Realtor approximately 14 years ago, it became very apparent that helping buyers and sellers navigate smoothly (and profitably!) through real estate transactions was the right calling for me, and I quickly became one of the very top percentile of successful agents in the area. To date, I have had the privilege of assist hundreds of satisfied buyers and sellers achieve their goals, and of course I look forward to many more to come!
In addition to being a Realtor, I have a prior background with years of experience in the mortgage business as well as a hands-on Real Estate Investor. I’ve bought bank owned property, imminent foreclosures, short-sale property, auctioned properties and estate sale homes myself and made very nice profits doing so. This background comes in quite handy when discussing these options with clients as I can truly say I have the insight and experience dealing with these situations first-hand.
